Being Your Own Life Coach

This book can assist anyone in becoming his/her own life coach! There are small readings, with powerful messages, followed by thought-provoking questions. When the reader/participant takes the time to reflect on the readings and write how these can have a meaningful impact in one's own life, important lessons can be learned. If you are interested in growing emotionally and spiritually, through contemplative journaling, I highly recommend his book.

The first thing I did once I finished reading this book was to de-clutter my bedroom! In a book that is not only readable and enjoyable but also inspirational and thought-provoking, Lisa Whitehead managed to get me to do something I've been meaning to do for months.
In concise, yet unpretentious, language the author takes us through simple steps to help us feel better, live better and interact better. A highly recommended read for anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life but prefers to start with small, uncomplicated steps - a book that can be read in one or two sittings, and revisited every time we need a reminder about how simple it can be to improve our lives.
